Quick and Comprehensive Intolerance Test Results

Your Intolerance Test results will be available within 3–5 business days after the laboratory receives your sample. Results are organized into sections based on the type of items tested. Each section includes an overview page designed to present the information clearly and concisely, highlighting the most relevant findings for your health. Streamlined Sample Collection for Intolerance Testing

Once your order is placed, instructions and an address to send your hair sample will be emailed to you along with your mailing slip. 

You need to print it out and cut out the top left corner which includes your unique reference number barcode. Please attach this barcode securely to your hair sample.

If you are unable to print your mailing slip then please write the letters and numbers underneath the barcode on a piece of paper and securely attach to your sample so the lab team can book your sample in as soon as it arrives at our laboratory.  

• Please attach your mailing slip cut out area securely to your sealable hair sample bag. Make sure that the barcode is flat and not folded.
• Place the small sealable bag in a secure mailing envelope.

• We only require a few hairs for testing 4-5 strands if your hair is longer than 3cm or 8-10 strands if shorter than 3cm
• We test any body hair except pubic hair.
• When cutting the hair, please ensure you cut as close to the root as possible. Ideally, include the hair root, though it’s not mandatory.
• Hair dye does not affect testing.
• Once the hair sample is collected, please place strands into a small sealable bag ensuring the hair remains dry and secure during transit (please do not supply hair loose in the envelope).
